Is there a way to put a locked folder on my Ipod. I use this as a stereo on my bose and my kids have access. Would like to put some thing on there that they cannot use or get to

I don't know about any private folders... But, I know for a fact that there are applications out there to set passwords on certain applications. I'm not exactly sure what they're called, so your best to wait for some more replies

Anyways, if your on the 2.X firmwares then your able to set parental controls on apps also. Check them out.

What he meant was, if your iPod is "Jailbroken" there is an application called "lockdown"
It allows you to put a password on certain applications. Do you know if you have an iPod Touch 2G or The First Generation? If you have a 2G, your not able to receive this app just yet because it cannot be jailbroken.

Its on Cydia (An app which lets you download 3rd party apps), but you can only get Cydia if you can jailbreak.

Search for any more problems, and if you cannot find the answer post again.
