Will Print Center only work on Mac 10.6.5 beta? I don't feel like updating my Mac just yet, until the official 10.6.5 release

Any Windows support yet? Or is it coming??

Works on WIndows with AppleMobileDevice running. Yes, you need 10.6.5 for Mac and it works fine

Yes, it will find wireless printers that support ios, but shared printers need to be connected to a mac running 10.6.5

There is no mention of Ubuntu in our Dev Guides

Well, there goes my hopes. I bought an HP wireless printer and I thought the iPad would print by the network.

It will work if the HP Printer supports ios printing. Almost every example they gave were HP printers. For printers that don't support wireless ios printing they need to be connected to a windows or mac machine so you may be ok.

See, the problem here is if this printer doesn't support iOS printing, I will just have to quit. My Ubuntu computer is the only computer in the house that is not wireless so I have to have it conected to the modem/router at all times which has to be conected with the printer too. I really hope my printer does support iOS printing, I won't be able to find out until next year (that's when I get my iPad).

HP calls it ePrint so check the HP site and see what it says.
