    I own a pair of Shure SE110 and a pair of Bose in ear headphones.
    the shures are pretty good, but they I cant seem to hear any bass at all :/

    It's that good that most cheap headphones are a pain to listen to

    normal iPod ones, and apple in-ear.

    the def ones are the best, in-ear ones are too hard to push in and pop out. a little spit will do

    The normal ones don't stay in my ears :/ and the apple in ear ones break easily.

    SE110 and SE210. You are serious about sound, that's is the minimum. All my music is at 320kbs.

    You can use any extension. I don't think that it has be the Shure one.

    I have a pair of creative in-ear headphones that came with my xps laptop and they're great!!!!
    LOADS OF BASS!! & perfect amount of treble!
