    Is there anyway to get them if i dont live in the US.

    i dont think he'll get banned, the apps dont actually cost anything and he's not asking for them, he's asking if theres any way ot get them. and id suggest getting someone in the us to make a fake account with no credit info, then download the 2 apps and just give u the account?

    yeah, its a free app, you cant steal free stuff, or can you???

    It doesn't matter if anyone posts the link. iTunes will just pop up a message informing you that it isn't available in your country.

    And the answer is no, you can't get it in your country -- and even if you did find a way to get the apps, you wouldn't be able to use them because Pandora's servers block all foriegn IP addresses. (Dunno about AOL radio, but I expect it's the same.)

    It's not illegal. The apps are free. They just happen to be regionalized, which is a product of the RIAA's jackbooted restrictions on internet broadcasting.
