I have a jailbroken 2.0.1 iPod that I wanna update to 2.0.2, jailbroken. Is it possible without losing downloaded jailbroken apps?

Actually, your application symlink is broken during the upgrade, but the directory that the symlink leads to still exists.
If you really want to, you can SSH in and move your downloaded applications (don't move the stock ones) to /Applications.
Of course, you'll have to find the Cydia installation data for these applications also so you'll be able to manage them.
I don't remember if this data is retained during an update, but you could always backup yours from 2.0.1 and put them back on 2.0.2.
