They are both 3rd gen Ipods, you can tell by the Model Number: MC008C/A with the "C" designating it to a 3rd gen 32g touch.

I sent an email with high priority marking to them last week Monday and a subsequent one about a week ago today and I still never received any response back from them.

Why wouldn't it be allowed? It has no affiliate or tracking ID in it. Please report suspicious posts and leave disciplinary actions to qualified staff.

I, however, was not disciplining. Saying that I thought it was not allowed.

Don't argue please. Rule of thumb: REPORT & MOVE ON. i.e. there's no need for you to get involved, offer advice or make a reply post when you see something that is against the rules. Capiche?

Understood, but what about the last one where the guy wanted to break his iPod and I posted the rule about it and told him to remove it? Was that bad?
