iOS 4.0 Port folders app to old devices

    My idea is to port the folders app found in ios4 to an older device such as the 1st gen ipod touch. im not sure if the folders app in iOS4 is able to be copied or not but i would need someone to copy the folders appfiles so i could put them on my ipod. i like categories but i like how much more cleaner Apple's folder application is. im not sure about compatibility with 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 but i could really use some help and suggestions.

    Well, it probably wouldn't be a drag-&-drop job, but it might be able to be done...

    You just need to wait till 4.0 comes to your device... We are talking about old iDevices here. Not the iPad...

    ok so i have a friends jailbroken ipod touch on ios 4 and ive been hunting around for any sign of the folders backgrounds, well anything. i did manage to find a folder called springboard.app in /system/library/coreservices/springboard.appin which contained the folder backgrounds. now i now i just cant drag and drop anything but does anybody have any suggestions?
