    (I'm assuming this is for 1.1.3)

    Whilst I haven't heard of "Poof", i think I know what it does.

    When i first jailbroke 1.1.3, I was looking through lots of plists - partly figuring out what bits did what, and partly looking how apps were hidden 1.1.3.

    Knowing that "DemoApp" is always hidden, I downloaded its Info.plist to my computer and converted it from binary to XML, and saw this:

    Code:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0">
    <dict>
    <key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key>
    <string>English</string>
    <key>CFBundleExecutable</key>
    <string>DemoApp</string>
    <key>CFBundleIdentifier</key>
    <string>com.apple.DemoApp</string>
    <key>CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion</key>
    <string>6.0</string>
    <key>CFBundlePackageType</key>
    <string>APPL</string>
    <key>CFBundleShortVersionString</key>
    <string>1.0.0</string>
    <key>CFBundleSignature</key>
    <string>????</string>
    <key>CFBundleVersion</key>
    <string>1.0</string>
    <key>SBAppTags</key>
    <array>
    <string>hidden</string>
    </array>
    </dict>
    </plist>

    The
    Code:

    <key>SBAppTags</key>
    <array>
    <string>hidden</string>
    </array>

    tells springboard to hide the app - this must be what "Poof" does.

    I have so few icons so far on my Official Dev JB Touch, I'm not sure I really need to hide anything yet. Anyone know if SwapLibrary or SwapTunes works yet? If so, that's always a good one to hide. To further secure your pr0n, of course
