Hey guys, I have Pokemon Gold. It's my favourite Pokemon game and I was wondering how to do this...

Say I set the clock at 6:30 which means it's night. I play for 5 minutes, I save and exit the game. The next day, I play Pokemon Gold. It's still 6:35. That means, I have to play like 12 hours of night time and 12 hours of day time. Is there anyway I can make the time like it is on the GBC? Like make it so that I set the clock at 6:30, I play it for 5 minutes, save, go back to the game 30 minutes later and it would be 7:05 or am I forced to play night time for a while?

    Thanks.

if u are talking about an emulator then ya, the clock goes by how long the game is on and not by the actual time of the day, kind of sucks

Aww. That means you pretty much can't play Gold.

How exactly does that affect your ability to play the game?

At night time and day time, you find different Pokemon. That means I will find day time Pokemon for like 9 hours and if I need night time Pokemon, I need to leave my game running for like 9 hours.
