I upgraded from the 5.5Gen iPod to the iPoT, and use it in the car quite often.

have any of you guys come up with any good methods for navigating, switching songs while driving without looking at the screen?

the absense of any tactile feedback makes it difficult to use without looking.

The only thing i can think of is using shuffle mode, but that wouldn't be much use if you are looking for a specific song..

Sorry, that's all i could think of..

A playlist would work, but you would have to choose all of the songs before hand.

    Ahah, one more to 200!

Yeah, that's expensive just for a remote to use in the car. It's easier to create a playlist before-hand.

The obvious solution is to force one of your friends to stay in your car 24/7 so you can tell him / her what to play for you.
