Is there any way to ajust itunes to let me manually configure which podcasts I want on my ipod touch?

Right now I have one podcast (SModcast) which I like to have all the episodes of on the ipod but some others where I'm only intersted in the most recent.

I can create a playlist and get audio casts on seperate from the podcast sync function but it doesn't allow me to use enhanced podcasts or video podcasts.

Anyone any tips or do I just have to go with what I have? Is it the same for all other ipods?

    Cheers

    Nah, tried that.

Even with the podcast sync off looks like it is going to copy over but wont.

Also when I put casts in a playlist to copy over the dont appear as podcasts just appear in the music dir.

when you ripods plugged in, there are tabs up the top, click podcasts and you can choose to sync most recent.
