    Well i wrote that 60% of the jailbreakers voted for a 5.1 untethered jailbreak...
    i think its mainly because apple will surely fix the SAM unlock in ios 6 -.-

    Ah okay. I'm still okay with a tethered jailbreak for iOS 6. Provided there is one for an iPhone 3GS since there is an exploit for it.

    Yes, the iPhone 3gs (and all other models except for iPad 2/3 and iPhone 4s) have a Bootrom exploit called Limer1n exploit. With this one, you can get a tethered jailbreak on every firmware and apple can't really fix it. Because apple would need to make a hardware change to the device :D
