The app from Cydia called "Pocket Touch" that allows you to change volume and song with only a swipe on the screen. Well it goes psycho everytime I open it, everything is normal but it keeps changing song regardless of if I'm touching it or not. I went and turned off the swipes for both volume and tracks but it doesn't work and it keeps changing the track.

Anyone know why? I did try installing it once, I'll do it again now but I don't think it'll help much.

Go to settings and change the shake depth and time up until it no longer go crazy, you can reenable track and volume switchs.
