    Hey,

I've been trying to open up some images in the iPod's filesystem on my computer, but they won't open

Please Register or Log in to view images

I used WinSCP to access my filesystem, dragged some png's onto my desktop, and they won't open.
    Any ideas why???

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium.

    Thanks

Before you transfer make sure the setting on the WinSCP transfer window is set to 'binary' otherwise you'll get some jumbled mess of a file transferred over.

However you may want to also consider using DiskAid or iFunBox (links to both in my sig below) to transfer files from your device. Much more user friendly than WinSCP, which is only really useful these days for more advanced operations.
