Allright so um yeah... My innocent father installed Microsoft Security Essentials(which is a virus) on MY PC but it found another virus called Zwangie32. And so yeah now a program is working to remove ALL the virus on my PC. But I have to charge my iPod so like that it will be ready to keep me alive while i'll be watching all the pics of my girlfriend -___-. Could the virus make damages to my iPod if I plug it on MY computer?

no, the virus isnt made to attack the ipod touch. I remember asking this same question. There are only about 2-4 known viruses, does are from SSH and not changing your default password.
