Plug in iTouch -> pc reboots

    I already got this problem for the 5th time so this is what happens : I plug in my iTouch into my computer and right after I plug it in , the computer starts rebooting...

    Can't , only got one pc , could the problem maybe be that I sometimes charge it on my ps3?

    Try rebooting your computer without plugging your iPod in.

    Is there a blue screen when you plug your iPod in or does it shutdown properly?

    plug it into a diffrent usb slot, my other computer has a problem and we cant use 1 usb slot without it restarting so we put tape over it and never use it

    Is the cord cut up or anything because this happened to me when my dog chewed up my cord.

    Try a static discharge before plugging in.
