    Heyy,
I want to experiment with the theming
But I dont know where to start.
I mean, I've seeeeen tons of theme mods already and I always wonder how they do that.

    Anyways,
If you have all the backup .plist files to me
Can you give like post it?
If not, at least tell me where they are located.
    Thanks.

Probably not allowed to share them, but there is a different .plist for everything.

I'm sorry if we're not allowed to share 'em.
If not the file itself, then where they are located
    like where MOST are located.

Umm /System/Library? They are just all over the place. Do you need the .plist for a certain thing?

    Thanks for the bit.
    Hmm, for now, Lockscreens.
    Next up, Springboard itself.

Is there more I can edit other than the ones I listed above?

    Hey krazy,

what kind of general question is that? Either you're immensely intelligent (so that I don't get it) or it'll be the opposite..
Anyway, why don't you download a good theme with lots of stuff (like tenuis, or mobilepod, theres so many) and see how they did it? Look in the main folder for info.plist and see whats in there. Go to Sauriks site and see what he wrote about the theming possibilities of winterboard. Theres also lots of tuts and guides here on this site or if not, go to modmyi or macthemes or ispazio.
And then, when you've done all that, if theres something you wanna ask, come back and I'll be happy to help you man.
So, see you in 6 months or so.

But sir, why the hell you have to come in and flame my thread?
If you hate me that much, then dont reply at all. It's that simple.
Alrighty then, i'll take your tip.
But in 6 months, like you stated..you better be not act like what you're acting right now.
or else, I'll act the same..which I'm normally not.

You're not so bad man, you make me laugh.. Anyway, I hope you get the general idea, yea, there's a lot of ways to acquire knowledge. Do download these themes and see how they work, try modding them, explore the filestructure, and definitely, read saurik's stuff.
Get back (to me) whenever. And for the record, I don't hate you, it's just that you need to make a serious effort first. Till then your questions are too general and they need to be more to the point for us to be able to give you a good answer

    Tahaha, just kidding xD
I just cant force myself to be mad, I'm not that kind of person :]
AHAHAHA! i noticed my questions are just toooo general to start with.
Alrighty then, i'll mess around with different themes for now.

Since that last post, i've beeen reading Saurik's stuff
and going thru MacThemes and here.
What themes should I look for? I mean, to see what they did.
Any themes you can recommend for me that is worth looking in depth?

BTW, my first help bla bla bla.
    I just installed MultiBarLockscreen
But the actual time is bugging me.
and I cant seem to find /Private/Settings.js anywhere
Removing the weather, tooo. I have a touch, I dont think that comes in handy when I'm outside =]

    EDIT;
What I also don't get is.
I have the Untitled theme on right now, I only have a handful of appstore apps.
I was looking at the Icons folder, and I dont see..let's say Tetris, their own icon.
But in springboard, the icons looks like the custom icons...they eliminated the shadow, as well.
    How did that happen?

My Suggestion but not really mine because it comes from X34B7R (a certain member here), is to just got to Modmyi.com and go to the Downloads area at the top and go to iPod/iPhone Themes and find a full complete theme. Make sure you read it and it says complete with Lockscreens/Slider/Wallpaper/etc. , and then click on it and download it to your Desktop (use Winrar) to extract them to your desktop. Them open them up and look through all folders and everything that came with it, then you can get a general idea about how to. I am doing the same and I have about 4 different complete themes that I am looking at, but yeah try that and good luck!
