Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area. I got a 32gig ipod touch for my christmas and its the best present I have ever gotten in my life. I love it so much but I have one problem. I can't add videos to it. It comes up with a message saying "... was not added to the ipod because it can not be played on the Ipod"
I don't know much about technology, but I am sure its in the right format and everything because I bought it off Itunes. I wasted money on it and it doesn't even work!

You need to put it in mp4 format. There are many converters to do this, you can google them. Good luck
