I have an ipod touch which i jailbroke into a year ago. I decided to update it to the latest firmware. As i was installing it itunes asked me whether i would like to back up all my files which i put yes. then after everything was done, the ipod was no longer recognized by my itunes and every time i press the music or video button it goes to a white screen for 2 seconds then goes to the home screen. I reset all the settings, deleted all the media files, reinstalled my itunes, and restarted my computer to no avail. Please help!!!!

Plug your ipod into your computer
Hold Power and home fro 10 seconds
Let go of Power and keep holding home until itunes recognizes your ipod touch.

It is now in DFU mode. Restore your ipod touch and reload your music.
