I must have really messed up as I tried to overwrite the Helvetica font with the one I wanted and it wouldn't reboot at all! I put back Helvetica and tried to respring but now it is stuck on the loading screen (showing the apple).
    Please help ASAP!
Edited to add that I can no long connect to my PC via WINSCP.

There is nothing you really can do at this point other than restoring it.

Download DiskAid on your computer and plug in your iPod.

If its recognized, you can SSH-Over-USB, replace the fonts w/ the originals, and try a reboot.

Hold Down Home And Power Until It Shuts Off, Then Turn On As Normal To Reboot.

If DiskAid doesnt work, i suggest you do what @azntiger1000 said and restore. (DFU MODE)
