please help my ipod and me>.>

    Ok, so here's the deal: My ipod touch was in the rain (stupid, but i forgot it

    ) and my backlight stopped working, but the rest still works. now in another thread, i read about this guy who rewired the leds to another dc/dc boost thingy. can someone plz tell me how to do that? my email is maestrochiller@gmail.com

    Hello, I have no information on how to do that. I wouldn't recommend it though, I would pay someone who knows what there doing at your local iPod repair shop.

    Have you tried putting your iPod in a bowl of rice or similar? Maybe it'll dry out or soemthing.

    Rice drying doesn't work if the iPod has already been turned on after being in the rain.

    It doesn't matter if it's dangerous. i just took apart my ipod, and putted it back together without doing damage (unfortunally without progres as well.) and i don't know if we have a local ipod repair shop, but i think not. but thnx anyway
