use a SSH client with Putty or Term-Vt100 that can directly change permission on without a computer.
to download Term-vt100: (need BSD subsystem)
    Term-vt100 (system)
    SUID Lib Fix (Tweaks 1.1.3)
    BSD subsystem (Tweaks)
open Term-vt100, type in "alpine" (no quotes)
    type in
    Code:
    chmod -R 777 /WHATEVER
    for example:
    Code:
    chmod -R 777 /Applications/gpSPhone.app/

or if you know how to use ssh go to the var/mobile/media/roms/gba then type the cmd "
    HTML:
    chown -hR mobile /var/mobile "
make sure it is a capitol R, its case sensitive
