I searched and found threads about dropping iDevices in water, and read them, so i've put my phone in a bowl of rice.
Anyway, it just sunk halfway (the top half) in a cup of ice water, and so i quickly got it out and dried it, etc.
The backlight didn't work well for a while, then it flickered, now it works, but now it says "This adapter is not for use with the iPhone. Do you wish to turn on Airplane Mode to reduce interference?" and when i adjust the volume it has the box that says "Ringer (headphones)" So only vibrate and headphones work.
Oh, and it turns on and off repeatedly by itself. Not a boot loop, but yeah.
So about 30 minutes later i find rice and put it in a bowl (of rice...)
    And now i wait.
But the reason I'm making this thread is:
I looked at my water-damage indicator. It's still plain white.
Could i go to an apple store and say it just became problematic ? Or do you think it will just fix itself in the rice? Help?

EDIT: Damnit, it IS in a boot loop. /:

EDIT again: Works magnificently now, just in a bowlof rice for an hour worked like magic <3

If it's the original color that it's supposed to be, then yes.
