Please help guys!

    yes, i know... this is kinda off topic =/
    but i realy need help here!
    well heres the problem: my pc doesnt recognice the HDD
    and gives me this message: "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"
    and when i try to install XP on it it says something like this:
    "can´t find any harddrive, please turn your computer of and insert a
    working harddrive"
    please help me guys!

    oh like a week or so befor i got this problem i dualbooted ubuntu on it but i dont think
    it should cause any problems cuz it worked after i dualbooted it with both windows and
    ubuntu =/

    Have you tryed taking the hard drive out and putting it back in.

    yeah i tried the thing you said but it didnt work =( well im now saving up to a new harddrive, i think a new will do it even tho the old one is only 6 month´s old =/...
    nope i have´nt got any new answears

    Oh have you tried taking out the ram and putting it back in (just a thought).
    And what about rebooting using another disk like vista or another xp.

    but i cant do it today (becouse its kinda l8 in northen europe, and thats where i live)
