As many of you know, there is a race by all the TV streaming services for who gets the best service among them. For example, the iTV is now offering TV shows for 99 cents. Just for 8 days from today, the PlayStation store is offering TV shows for the same price. The main advantage is that you get to keep the show, not just rent it, like the iTV.

Buy now! Dont lose the opportunity!

stuff like this is good this will eventually force itunes to give better prices or let you keep it for the same price

well that would happen if the 99 cents price in the PS3 would last more than a week.

    Back on topic!

This is a misleading title. I though it had to do with the PS Move.

I thought it had to do with the PS3 hacking scene. But imo this is useless if you can sync the media to other devices.

Why oh why do 3rd parties feel the need to jump in on an argument that they are not a part of. dunuck you are one point away from a perma ban - surely you should have learned how to behave on forums by now?

Edit/ Skylar cleaned the offending posts up. Thx

I just deleted nineteen posts on this thread, leaving seven. that's pathetic. If you all can't learn how to use a forum, then I will be forced to place a ban on your account.

I don't really think this will force Apple to change their pricing scheme, since the PS3 isn't a major household appliance like the personal computer is.

Sure, it may offer TV shows that you can keep for the same price as renting a show using iTunes, but I only know 2 people with PS3s, while pretty much everyone I know has their own computer with iTunes.

Also, what's the catalogue like compared to iTunes? I only have a 360, and the catalogue of stuff you can rent on that isn't brilliant.

Nope, it's Stewart Copeland of The Police.

Glad this thread got cleaned up; it was getting out of hand.
