.....does anyone know is there a way to set up playlists on your iPod touch?
i know about the "on-the-go" playlist but sometimes i want 2 set up a few at a time but not do it through the computer...

also i have a play list set up for running with 400 odd songs in that i use if im running, put it on shuffle and then off i go. the problem is then if i go off an listen to an album b4 using the playlist again, it doesnt store already played songs so i run the risk of hearing songs i have heard the day b4. is there a way around this?

    Thanks
    Jay

Connect iPod to computer and open iTunes. Then click File/ new playlist. A new one will be on you iPod. Name it, and drag and drop the songs you want into the playlist. Sync and your done.

    Nope.
But i think you can create multiple on-the-go playlists.
