I take it that your iPhone is jailbroken.
That video is just not compatible. The only formats that work are .mp4 and .mov.

    You can't, as of yet.

Which is why there's a seperate Youtube app, because that's the only way you can watch videos on your Ipod

*Assuming you're using a 2nd Gen ipod touch*

    man quick replies

ok ive tried on my 2nd gen itouch , didnt hold out to much hope for that , and then tried on my jailbroke iphone , it must be possable somehow as the sites are advertised as streaming direct to iphone/ipod touch.

ive installed vlc4iphone as well but still no joy

not sure if the download / stream options i get are off site of via a app i previously installed

again thanks again in advance for any help

    Did you try installing dTunes?
I'm not sure why you are encountering this error; I can stream and download videos just fine.

so then what do you press play or download , and if you press play in media player does that work ?

if so then i don't know what else to try, unless youve installed something i havent to get the media to play

also do you need to be logged in for these to work ?

    again thanks for your time
