    I think pirates are in for a surprise, although with jailbreaking such and edgy subject this guy may get sued if he bricks them. Soo.. Yeah. Oh well, it is an awesome idea.

    That's great.

    But would Apple agree to post this in the App Store? After all many people will come crying say they bricked there iPod touch, and "it's not even possible". Hopefully Apple will allow it through.

    See, it scares them. It may be just a scare tactic but I expect something more, maybe you should warn your friends not to pirate apps.

    Pogoplank is a jailbreak app, I think they were referring to jailbreak app developers.

    Good plan, I'd hate to have them crying here saying why is my iDevice bricked and everyone going its not possible, dfu!
