Picture size shrink

    Ok, so i made a boot logo and its over the 100kb limit..


    how do i make it smaller??

    somebody said somethign about an alpha layer, but idk waht that is...help?

    Well I don't know if anybody has told you anything yet but, if you do have a alpha layer than you can delete it by opening it in photoshop and going to Window>Channel. There you should see if there is a layer called Alpha if there is then delete it. If not then you don't have one.

    Or make it a lower quality when you finalize it.

    try this:

    open the image with photoshop, gimp, etc and select the black background layer (I'm assuming its black, works best with black) now cut it out of the image and save it. now when you use it the background will still be black but it will be a smaller image size
