anyone ever used pictochat for the ds? i think it would be cool to make a pictochat for the touch, and we could talk to anyone on nearby touches without wifi., we could also talk to nintendo dss. what do you think?

Think this has been discussed before...

But, yea i think it would be pretty cool!

Maybe like you said, chat with people around you without Wi-Fi, and maybe even on Wi-Fi.

Maybe, when your in safari or some other app, there will be a notification on the top saying that you have gotten a message, and you would tap it to pause what your are doing, and you would go to the PictoChat app.

I agree, this would be really cool. It could work sort of like the app that lets you share files to other ipod touchs / iPhones.

    Huh...

Perfect for sending images from one to another...

If only the iPod had a camera...

thats kinda cool, but it would be better if you didnt need to use wifi, but you could use it if you wanted to takl to someone far away. (meaning that you dont need it for close peaple)

The only problem I see with this is that ipods can't connect to one another in ad-hoc mode.
