Just found this on JayIsGames and I must say it's pretty cool. Rigid and soft body physics, springs, chains, water (technically soft-body particles and no fluid dynamics), motors, joints... not bad at all.

However it DOES need a beefy system to run -- and the Touch ain't it. My dual core system partially chokes on the scene with all the balls. Soft body physics is a lot harder to pull off than rigid body.

omg that is the greatest thing ever! I love making super catapults:

    1) pause the sim
    2) make your arm - it should consist of a long box with a small basket at one end, and should be all one polygon. the basket must be very shallow.
    3) move the arm close to the plane (ground) and put a hinge in the middle
    4) place a small polygon with a hinge on it somewhere on the ground, preferably a little bit in front of the catapult's hinge
5)connect the small polygon to the end of the catapult with a spring. right click the spring and set it to maximum power
    6) put a fixate on the side of the catapult not touching the spring
    7) move the catapult up by selecting the draw tool and dragging the catapult. everything will move together and the spring will get more extended
    8) make a circle in the basket
    9) OPTIONAL: make a huge stack of something to knock down in the super fast launch
    10) un pause the sim. if done correctly nothing will move, but the small polygon may vibrate a bit
    11) drag the fixate away from the catapult and watch it fire! use the undo button to reload
