Photoshop Help!

    how would i make an image 50% opacity? or half alpha? i want to have a have invisible layer on top of a normal backround so i want them to kinda blend together. please help

    In the layers pallete, click the layer, then above it, you should see opacity. Turn it down to 50%

    err you click on the layer that you want to drop the opacity and there is a option that says opacity, and just drag that left till it says %50

    theres an opacity slider on the top right of the "layer" window (bottom right of the screen)

    slide it till it says 50%. also, different layer styles work better than others, thats to the left of the opacity slider ( a selecting bar)
