How can I make a REALLY small circle, like 10x10?

Whenever I make one, its really super pixelated.

    Help?

    why is it super pixelated?

If you zoomed in it then of course it will be super pixelated^^ but a small 10*10 circle can't really be pixelated...it's too small otherwise use the filters, unfortunately I can't tell you which one because I only know the german names for it

it has to be one which makes everything smoother included the circle so it gets a better "circle" look^^

Use the elipse tool. At the top set it to fixed dimensions or something, and make it 10x10. If it's pixely, add some gaussian blur.

I don't have photoshop up right now, so I don't know if I explained the fixed circle right.

Just - select the pen tool > hold down shift and draw your circle > right click fill path.

Make a HUGE circle with whatever tool. Then resize it to be small.
But the pen tool is the best for A LOT things

Either draw it yourself with the pencil tool. (Use a slightly softer color on the very corners to make it looks smooth.
Otherwise use the Ellipse Tool. On the top set the settings to fixed size and give anti aliasing a tick. Set it to 10px / 10px and just click somewhere and fill it up.
