    Hey guys, I've got a Q.
I've been looking around on my iPod but I can't find the location of the photo album. I uploaded some photos to find out where they are using SSH so I can move photos from my wallpapers to photo album, yet I can't find where the photo libraries are. Anyone have any ideas? I would appreciate the help.

Edit: Okay so I figured out they are indeed in /private/var/root/Media/Photos but they are compacted into one big file, which is annoying. Would it be possible to make an applicaton that can clone the way itunes compacts the photos, yet have it done on the ipod? Sort of like a rewrite of Photo.app with itunes compression implemented?

    /Photos/Photo Database

Only openable by iTunes and a few select other programs.

EDIT: Now I see YOUR edit.
GPIXPod (for Linux, I don't know about a Windows port. Google it) is a good iPod Photo Album manager.

I'm also in the process of writing a small python script for managing pictures on the iPod touch.
