Photos off ipod touch to computer

    I just got a laptop with vista and i was wondering if i could get pictures off my ipod onto it from CuteFTP. I got music off it using it (the way with the wierd names), and heard that u could do it with photos too, just couldnt find the directory

    how did u get cuteftb working...on vista...i downloaded it but it wont fully open, keeps saying error..

    i went on the video of ipodtouch master and got the link from him, it installed pretty fast actuallly

    I don't know if you can - they're stored in a database that's located at var/root/Media/Photos/

    If you can figure out how to get them out of the database, I think there are a lot of people who'd like to know...

    Even if you could, there's little reason to, because iTunes resizes them to a tiny resolution when sticking them into the iPod.
