I dont think so. When something moves energy has to be released, so it would be losing energy so it would HAVE to stop sometime!

I'll prove it exists right here.

    Look at the phrase below.

it exists in an infinite vacuum...not that you will ever find one of those. I have wondered though if you get one of those magnetic levitation toys (where if you spin the one magnet just right on top of the other magnet it spins for like 5 minutes) and put it in a vacuum if it would spin forever, or at least as long as the vacuum existed.

i had an idea a couple years ago where if you tied to hot wheels together with string

(yea i know i was like 10 then) and if the magnets are on reflecting poles then when you push the back car towards the front it would move away pulling the string which would make the back car push the magnet again and etc.....what do you mean by vacuum? like the kind that suck stuff in to clean your house or like out in space like a black hole

Even in a vacuum, using one of those levitating toys, if you wanted to get any useful energy out of it, there is no 100% efficient way of transferring energy using (for example) a dynamo so eventually it will stop spinning.

Perpetual motion simply cannot be achieved. It goes against the laws of physics.

if there was no friction, or if you could convert the heat lost back into motion energy, it could happen
