    Didn't really need to be one. Although, Google and Apple must defend their patents.

    I sure hope so. All it's done is taken away from what their products could potentially be.

    I clicked on your second link, because I knew that a big part of the reason Oracle was suing was over 9 lines of code, all of which would have been simplified into three lines, and Oracle had actually welcomed Android and the use of Oracle's code, then the post was deleted in an effort to hide it from the courts. I click the link and see;

    Probably would have been a good idea to read it before you posted it. Besides, everyone knows Florian is full of crap.

    Your first link doesn't reflect the final verdict, Google ultimately defeated Oracle in May and June of 2012, and Oracle was ordered to pay for damages.

    Your third link isn't saying much. It's really leaving the question 'is Android a stolen product' up to the readers to debate.

    My suggestion to you is to read his question again. He asked what he was talking about, not whether it was true or not, hence my links about the topic, not the credibility.

    As long as there are two top dogs, there will be a war. The public may not see it but it will always be there because it is the essence of competition.
