    don't update! i just read a thread saying that it cancels the quickpwn and jailbreak

    the thread did not say it cancelled the jailbreak but this was just an FYI i use 2.2.1 2g with redsnow so i dont care

    do not update
    updating will make jailbraking a lot more difficult in the future

    but if you do use it you might not want to but i think you have to have it to get the 3.0 update but im not sure

    Well, the probably isn't for people that already jailbroke.
    But for the people that haven't yet, and that SSH things over USB.
    Because the drivers change, it changes the way the computer communicates with your iPod.
    So for safety, don't, upgrade.
