i just added a couple of phone numbers on my contact list on my ipod touch 4g. is there any way to encrypt the contact list so that a password is needed to view the contacts?

i don't want the people on the list to get their numbers stolen or spammed by stupid calls if i ever lose my ipod

the whole thing or just individual contacts...either works cause i don't have alot of contacts, so i can protect them one by one if need be.

    so is there a way?

i just got locktopus and it's pretty good except i just figured that it is useless now. because i went to the settings and tested it by pressing "forgot password", and it says that i can remove locktopus via cydia, and if cydia is locked, i can disable it via sbsettings or manually remove it via SSH.

this is very easy to do, thus, if someone were to get my ipod, they could easily get the info. so thanks for the program, but i guess it is useless seeing as how one can easily bypass it, especially since the program even tells you how to bypass the password lmao.

are there any other programs that are not easily bypass-able?
