Ok so I'm currently on Vista right now. I'm trying to make a partition big enough to install Windows 7 on it. But whenever I go to make a partition it wont let me make one bigger than like 5 GB. And when i tried to install Windows 7 on that it said i need at least 8 GB or something close to that. Whenever i try to go over 5 GB it comes up as "Access Denied" help?

I assume your using the partition manager in Windows Vista itself. Tried a different partition manager program?

As Smithy said, don't use the built in partitioner. You may have to resize your current windows partition so that there's enough space to create a separate 8GB one.
