Painting the itouch

    insteading of brushing i was thinking about possibly painting a design on the back. i just wanted to know if anyone knows what type of paint to use?? i have heard somewhere to use metal paint but i dont know what kind of metal the back plate is. any suggestions on type of paint and brand? Thanks!!

    well i dont know if it would stick to well to the back of an iPod Touch? maybe if u sanded it first

    but why would u wanna cover up the sexy stainless steel and ipod logo the back. yea, it could prevent some scartches but still lol.

    i want a cool design on the back thats my own but i'm resistant about going for the brushed look.

    Nope, it's a chromed Steel/TIn alloy I believe.

    i have officially stumped the apple store and apple customer service trying to figure out what kind of metal is used on the back of the ipods. lol
