overheating

    I just noticed my ipod heats up quite a bit when playing pokemon... has anyone had overheating problems?

    Everyones heats up.

    Its normal.

    Should never get to hot to touch though.

    its normal to heat up but should be to hot to touch

    Yeah it gets hotter, probably due to the chemical reaction in the battery, as well as maybe the processor and that sort of thing. Nothing to worry about, unless it gets too hot to touch or melts or something like that.

    I think it may actually be at risk of overheating when you're charging the ipod while playing gameboy advance. I was doing this the other day and it got REALLY hot, so that it was too hot to even keep my hand on it. Surely this might overheat it.
