    Hey guys!

The third gen 32g and 64g now have the same processor than the Iphone 3GS and we know that some users noticed an overheating with their iphone 3GS so do you think it will be the same with the Touch??

And for reliability, do you think it will be more reliable than the 2G because they solved problems that the 2G may have or less reliable due to more heat generated by the faster processor? Because it will certainly create more heat cause it the same exact body but with a better CPU!

So maybe in a couples of weeks or month problems will emerge?

Metal conducts heat, so having a metal back to the iPod will make the heat seem much more than the on the iPhone 3GS.

If there are problems they would have emerged by now.

I can't comment on the batterylife/overheating issue, but I know that the touch 3g processor is NOT the same as the 3GS. Check the touch wiki, the ARM processor is updated (newer) from that used on the 3GS. An 800Mhz ARM, I wonder if it will be underclocked like the 3GS?
