i know!i asked if you know the command to decrypt that files!because when i use this : vfdecrypt -i (input file.dmg) -o (outputfile.dmg) -k (key) and i wore the key it comes with an error that says that the key has incorrect and that's because this commands only works to decrypt the main filesystem!i ask if you know the command set that is requierd to decrypt the other files of the firmware!i also noticed that in the other keys it has a IV..... eccept from the KEY?

No one is going to help you if you're so pushy and demanding. Your problem, if I remember correctly, is you haven't extracted the dmg file. Inside you'll find a few files that the program, if used correctly, will be able to decrypt. Please re-read my post before saying "that's what I'm trying to do but its giving an error!" Extracting and decrypting are different. Trust me, not to put you down, but you're about to get into a lot more complicated things. Decrypting is a piece of cake. If its complicated for you, be prepared for a whole mess of confusion.

sorry for being demanding!i do a little research and i found that if i descover where the kernel files are located inside the firmware i can dissasemble the code of those files using a program called softICE and find the strings that we have to edit to enable the command!

    new to the fourms

i dont no if you guys heard, but some guy from the chronicdev team already made hw.cpufrequency writtable with some kernel patchs. he said that making hw.cpufrequency writtable didint seem to efferct the frequency at all. "It is if like the cpu frequency is burned on the chip" he said. i no its possible to overclock the iphone/touch in my opinion but it will take loads of time and effert. o and im new here to.

Guys, the sysctl command isn't connected to the hardware anymore. its been said many times. editing it is pointless. it must be done some other way.
