out of DFU mode?

    Sorry, this may sound dumb... but is there any way to get out of DFU mode? Or do i have to restore?

    now is there any way, if i do get out of DFU mode, to be able to back up my ipod or something? im on a new computer... so im not sure how to do it, since on my old computer it would back up every once and while i didnt have to worry about loosing stuff if it did sync

    You should be able to just hold the Home + Power buttons down for a bit, and then it'll boot into whatever mode it was in before DFU.
