Remember that guy that we don't really like? He seems to have possibly found a 1.1.1 style exploit that can cause any iPhod to crash and potentially run arbitrary code. He doesn't give many details, but since we can't pwn the iPod touch 2G Bootloader, this is all we have. Back to the days of upgrades breaking our jailbreaks, but I'm not complaining at all. Hope it works out, maybe zibri will become useful again

I seriously doubt it, I don't like the guy...but then again, that's just me, no need to get agitated or something...

I'll not burn you but instead ask a question:

Let's say the guy you hate the most came up with a solution to solve world hunger and abolish aids (two major world issues, picked at random), his intentions were good but his reputation has given him a bad name... should you endorse his plan or simply say it isn't good enough because he made it?

optimism is a great thing to have

well, their is still a chance of the 2g being pwnable, they just have to find some way to gain access to the AES engine so they can get the new key, giving them access via the current pwnage exploit.

as for zibri's super duper exploit, i dont know how much of it i believe really. it cannot be a TIFF exploit, because that was patched long ago. and iBoot is locked up until pownt, so he is either smoking crack, or he found one hell of an exploit.

Errr....Ok, I get where you're coming from but the thing is that I doubt if Zibri could come up with anything decent at all. Let's just say that he did come up with something that could solve world hunger and abolish aids(Impossible from a scientific point of view), it really depends on the situation at that time. I don't know how to really phrase it but it really depends on whether if he ended up like the wimp that he was last time, begging for donations and all that immature comments and lies, then I'll still want to kick his ass but if he's really changed for the better, then...we'll see...
