    Hi,
When I'm at the bottom of a page and I want to refresh, it's annoying to scroll up and refresh, and then scroll all the way down to see whats new.
Are there other tweaks from cydia to refresh a page in safari? I know pull to refresh but I still have to go up to refresh.

    Thanks!

The best solution is to tap the status bar and hit the refresh button. You don't have to scroll up, but do have to scroll back down.

OR you could install Opera Mini.

Just use a different browser, one I love is 360 browser. And if you are using a Retina device, don't get opera mini. It's not retina supported and looks horrible on Retina!

You could edit Pull Down To Refresh to Pull Up To Refresh. But you have your solution.
