"Other Files" on the iPod

    when syncing do you notice the bar at the bottom on iTunes? Where it says how much of your files are Videos, Music, Apps etc.

    What are "Other Files?" I havee 712mb of these Othher Files. How do I get rid of it?

    If you've jailbroken your iPod touch, this is all your jailbroken content.

    I think it's everything (else) in /private/var/mobile/

    This is where your jailbroken files would be anyways, right?

    Yeah, but everything outside of it (/Applications/, etc...) are in a completely separate partition.
