OSX86! Whats the point?

    So I dont really understand the point of OSX86 I tried it once and I was freaked out so I did a system restore and got my laptop normal again. Is this hackintosh? I run vista and my laptop is a compaq presario...couldnt tell you the model number atm. So whats so cool about it anyhow?

    The cool thing about it is running OS X on a PC.

    OSX86 is cool because if you do a full install of OSX86 on your computer (with proper partitioning and no Windows install) then you essentially have a Mac.

    The only difference between a Mac and PC is the operating system.

    Yes. You are essentially paying $1000 extra for a logo.

    if you like osx and don't wanna pay alot for it osx86 is the os for you
