Orblive streaming TV HELP!

    I feel like I've tried everything, so I've decided to finally come for some help. Right now, I can stream live TV on Windows Media Center from the co-ax out of the wall into my HP computer. I installed Orblive on my computer and on my Itouch but Orblive can't seem to pick up my cable signal, I always get the "Orb could not get the list of your TV service providers." On mycast.orb it shows no updates on the TV/Webcams Program Guide and I cannot watch live TV, however I can watch my recorded TV and listen to music.

    The weird thing is, this is the second time I've reinstalled. The first time the live tv was streaming but only on one channel, no matter which I chose (Click on Discovery, CNN, anything and it would only play ABC).

    Small update.

    I finally got orb to recognize my cable provider and set up my TV signal, however I still cant watch live tv. On mycast.orb it says:

    "Thanks for setting up your Program Guide during ORB 2.0 Beta application installation. Depending on your channel line-up and how many channels you received, it may take up to two hours to receive the full information. Thanks for your patience."

    Unfortunately its been like that for a lot longer then 2 hours.

    Any advice?
